Coaches don’t provide you the answers to a challenge. Instead, they partner with you to help you ask better questions and explore your own answers.
They serve as a guide while you create a plan, define outcomes, and explore how to move forward.
The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
